How to Bid in Auctions?
If the car you are looking for is not displayed in our online stock, you can also bid for the vehicle at various Japanese car auction houses through us. Purchasing vehicles at the auction houses directly in Japan is the most reasonable and reliable way. We can serve as your auction agent and bid on vehicles on your' behalf at the auctions.

Terms of
Payment
In order to be able to bid in the
auctions. you have to first deposit money as per the following
guidelines. Acceptable plans for payment are T.T. Bank Transfer, or
Western Union.
NOTE :
1) We only
accept payment in Japanese yen (JPY).
2) Please contact us
if you are unable to pay in Japanese yen. We may be able to make an
exception on a case-by-case basis.
3) Before your bid is
successful, your deposit is still refundable. However, a bank charge
for the refund will be deducted when we refund your deposit. And if
we have already bid on your vehicle but were not successful, the
bidding charge for the auction will be deducted from your deposit
when we refund your deposit.
4) You need to pay your final amount within 4 days, starting from and including the
day of the auction, after your bid was successful. If the final
amount has not been paid within 4
days, your deposit will not be
refunded even though your bid has been
successful. |

Our
Fees (Payable after succesful bidding)
We are introducing various membership plans and
benefits to ensure high quality service to our customers. Once you
enroll as our member, depending on the number of vehicles you purchased
so far, you will be placed in a membership category. Thus, a new
member stats as Red member, and gradually progresses towards
the Premium status.
Our fee calculation is straight-forward. Our fees include our commission,
auction fee, Japanese domestic transportation charges, and Forwarder
fees (customs in Japan) and the fees vary depending on the membership
type.

would be eligible to get a return flight ticket to Japan, upto

* Extra Charges are applicable for auctions in Kyushu, Hokkaido and Shikoku area to cover internal transportation to the ports. Please check the map below. |
We are a member and authorized agent of major auto auction houses in Japan such as USS, Bay AUC, LAA, HAA, HAA, TAA, Isuzu U-Max, CAA, JAA, Honda.
Example :
If you are a Premium Member, and succeed in getting a
car at JPY 500,000 at the auction, your total cost would be
JPY 500,000 (car cost) + JPY 70,000 (our fees) = JPY 570,000 (FOB
price).
To arrive at the CIF price add the freight fee (from Japan to your
country's port) to the FOB price.
Please note that you will have to pay 5% commission charges on
car costs exceeding JPY 1,000,000.
For example, if you are a Premium Member and if you would succeed
in getting a car at JPY 2,000,000 at the auction, then you will have
to pay extra commission of
(2,000,000-1,000,000) x 5% = JPY 50,000.
Thus, the total price of the car will be
2,000,000 + 70,000 + 50,000 = JPY 2,120,000 .
Please fax us the copy of T.T.,or Western Union transfer, soon
after you make the payment. |

make the Payment of
Deposit?

After you make the payment, please
send us a copy of the transfer by T.T. or Western Union immediately
by Fax, so that we can confirm the payment.
