Recently we have noticed many incidences where the customers sends us the payment for purchasing car or towards auction deposit, and then they immediately want their deposit/payment back right after the remittance. We usually try to refund money as soon as we can, but this is a time consuming job because we have to line up in the bank, and many times the beneficiary give us incomplete information of the bank.
