How to buy Japanese used car from us?
| We can supply you high quality used, refurbished Japanese cars as well as foreign cars made for right hand drive. Please follow the steps mentioned below to buy a used car from us. | |||

| 1. | Check the used cars in stock: Go to Car Inventory to check the available cars. Once you find a car that matches your interest, click the listing for details. | ||

| 2. | If you like the car and wish to inquire about it, click on Inventory Inquiry at the bottom of the car details page. Fill up the Inventory Inquiry form and submit. | We will confirm if the car is in the stock, and send you an e-mail with the quotation including the order number and instructions for payment. | |

| 3. | Make the payment as per the instructions received from Best Trade car. You will have to pay the total amount by TT within 48 hours after you receive instructions from us. | After we receive confirmation of payment we will arrange to export your car. Please inform us if there is a shipping company you would prefer to use. | |

| Once your shipment is on the ship, we will fax you the shipping forms, and also send you the forms by international express mail (EMS) | |||
| Payment by T/T | |||
| 1. | We can confirm your T/T only during banking hours in Japan. (Banking hours in Japan are from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm everyday except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.) | ||
| 2. | Please send the payment form by fax. | ||
| 3. | If payment would take longer than 48 hours, please inform us by e-mail. | ||
| Payment by L/C | |||
| 1. | We only accept L/C payments at sight, if the amount (1 L/C amount) is greater than 1,000,000 YEN. | ||
| 2. | Currently we accept L/C Payments only from the countries and issuing banks in this list. | ||
| 3. | Customer has to bear all the fees including 3% fees (per L/C) we incur in Japan. | ||
| 3. | For L/C payments, we accepts Japanese Yen. Currencies transferred other than the Japanese Yen will be converted to Japanese Yen by Best Trading Co.'s bank against the exchange rate current on the day the money is received. Best Trading Co. cannot be responsible for money lost through exchanging currencies. The customer is expected to pay his balance in full. | ||
| Payment by Western Union | |||
| 1. | We accept payment by Western Union for auction deposits. Payment should be made to Mr. Kenji Yoshimoto. Address and Telephone numbers are as per the contact details. |

| Refund of Payments | |||
| Please note that we will charge 20,000 yen as our processing fees for any refunds claimed. Also, we can not refund the money to any account other than the one from where the money was sent to us. We have to take these steps to prevent scammers from money laundering using our site. |
