1. Do you accept Credit Cards or cheques?
Sorry, we do not accept payment by credit card or cheque. Currently, we accept payment only by T/T. For more details please check our How to Buy page.
2. Do you deal with foreign currencies?
Currently, you can pay only in Japanese Yen. Once we start accepting payment by credit card, you can pay in Japanese Yen, US$ or Euros etc. T/T can only be done in Japanese Yen.
3. Do you accept L/C?
Yes. We only accept L/C payments if the amount (1 L/C amount) is greater than 1,000,000 YEN. Fore more details, check our How to Buy page.

3. How fast can you ship my car?
Most of our cars in the stock already have "de-registration documents" so we can start arranging the shipment next day we confirm your payment. Please get in touch with us to get an idea about the approximate ocean freight time for your country.
However, depending on the destination country, sometimes it may be difficult to book a shipment for the next available ship. This is because when only few ships are available for a country, new cars get a priority for loading. Thus, the ocean Freight time will depend on the destination where you want to ship your car and may vary from several days to several months.
Please also note that Shipping schedules are subject to change without notice. Thus, neither Best Trading Co., Ltd. nor the respective shipping companies can be liable for delay of shipments. But we will always help you to sort out any problems if it is in our control.
To expediate the shipment process for certain countries with few ships, you can contact the local agent of the shipping company in your country and book a space for your car from Japan to your country. If you'd let us know the Shipping company, Vessel name, Voyage #, Estimated departure date and Booking number, we can process the paperwork in Japan to ship your car.
4. I' d like to insure my shipment in transit.
Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping, but if you inform us of your wish to insure your shipment during the order process we can get insurance for you at an extra charge.
1. Can I buy a car as a private car buyer?
Yes, but we don't know the laws of your country regarding this. We cannot offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car or introduce you to a car dealer. Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models. You need to check your country's registration laws before you begin the purchasing process.
2. Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?
No, we don't give any warranty, but we are very open about any interior/exterior damage, repair history, the distance the car has been driven, etc. We report this information in accordance with Japanese auction level reporting, so you can understand the condition of the car you are buying. Also, after you buy your car, if you need any parts for your car, we can supply you authentic parts at special prices until the maker stops producing the parts. Even after the maker stops producing the part, we can supply you with used and OEM parts.
