How to buy car parts?

We can supply you with the new, used, or OEM parts for any Japanese car. Please follow the steps mentioned below to buy car parts.

1.	Parts Enquiry : Request a quotation for the parts. Please use this form to send your request.	We will ship you a copy of the parts list by email within 48 hours

2.	E-mail us the part(s) number and the number of the part(s) you want.	We will send you an e-mail with the quotation including shipping charges, the order number and instructions for payment.

3.	Make the payment as per the instructions received from Best Trade car. Currently we accept payments only by T/T.	After we receive confirmation that payment has been made, we will ship the part(s).

Note:
1.	Shipments are made immediately after confirming the payment, so please refrain from changing the shipping address after making payment.

2.	If the payment is confirmed after 3 pm Japan time, shipment will be made the following business day.

3.	Please allow more time for shipments made around the New Year, Golden Week (The end of April, beginning of May) and Obon Holiday (Middle of August).

4.	If you wish to inquire about the shipment you received, please make your inquiry to Best Trade Car, Japan, not the shipping company.

5.	Please note that used parts don't include such attachments as harness, wiring or installation fittings.
